Participant registration fees
After 15 May and before 30 June 2015: € 350 VAT included
The registration includes: attendance to scientific sessions, congress kit, lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner. The accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Selected participants and contributors are requested to finalise the registration and pay the fee before 15 May 2015. Exceptional last minute applications are still possible. Please contact Giuliana Pensa giulianapensa@gmail.com

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Scientific Communication srl. Cancellations notified up to 10 June 2015 will be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid less Euro 50 for cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations notified after 20 June 2015.
Grant for students
A few grants funded by OSA and EPS societies are available for master/PhD students and post-docs to cover the fee.
